What should I bring? +
A swimsuit and a towel is all you need. You may also want to bring a water bottle — staying hydrated is important in the heat.
Can I swim in the sea? +
Yes — sea access is included with every session. The contrast between the heat of the sauna and the cold Irish Sea is the highlight for most guests.
Is it suitable for beginners? +
Absolutely. You control how long you stay in the sauna and whether you take a dip. There's no pressure — you go at your own pace.
How do I get there? +
We're at 17 Sandycove Point, Sandycove, Dublin A96 Y165. There is parking nearby. The DART also stops at Sandycove & Glasthule station, a short walk away.
Is Stone Coffee open during my session? +
Stone Coffee is right next door and is a perfect pre-session warm up or post-session reward. Check their hours on arrival.
