Yes — Sandy Cove Sauna has direct sea access, so you can alternate between the wood-fired sauna and a cold plunge in the Irish Sea. Most guests do 2–3 rounds of heat and swim during their session. We're right beside the Forty Foot bathing spot in Sandycove, Dún Laoghaire.

We're at 17 Sandycove Point, between Glasthule and Dalkey on the south Dublin coast. A 2-minute walk from the Forty Foot, 5 minutes from Sandycove DART station, and 10 minutes from Dún Laoghaire town centre. Look for Stone Coffee next door — we're right beside it.

Yes. Our wood-fired barrel sauna sits outdoors at the water's edge with views across Dublin Bay. It's the only seaside sauna between Glasthule and Dalkey with direct access to the sea for cold-water swimming.

Absolutely. We offer both private sessions and group bookings for up to 8 people — perfect for birthdays, hen parties, or corporate wellness events. Check our booking page for available time slots, 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm.

Bring swimwear, a towel, and flip-flops. We provide everything else. If you're planning a sea swim (most people do), bring a warm robe or change of clothes for afterwards. Stone Coffee next door is perfect for warming up with a hot drink after your session.

Yes — we're open 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm, all year. Winter sessions are especially popular: the contrast between the hot sauna and cold sea is at its most intense, and the Dublin Bay sunrises are stunning from our deck.
